We offer self-directed or therapeutic stays.

Self-directed stays are just that:  you enjoy the basic amenities and healing modalities (near-infrared sauna, indoor deep soaking tub, outdoor therapeutic hot tub, and cold plunge) on your own, with generalized guidance.

Therapeutic stays can address brain injuries or support for another personalized goal (environmental exposures, general detoxification, fasting, etc.). These visits include a phone pre-consult, intake consult upon arrival, access to all amenities and modalities (including therapeutic), and support during your visit.  We book therapeutic stays by the week throughout the year (7-night minimum), 

We are currently accepting bookings for November 15th, 2025 and beyond. We do have some scheduling flexibility, so please reach out if your needs are more urgent.


Therapeutic Stay Rates:
$1200/week
2 weeks - 10% discount
3 weeks - 15% discount
4 weeks - 20% discount

Therapeutic stay rates include all amenities except for craniosacral and Electro-Episcope  sessions, which are an additional charge.


Self-Directed & Shorter Stay Rates:
$144 / night (2-night minimum)
1 week - $750
Discounted rates for longer stays
